Charles Edward "Chuck" Coulter

Charles Edward “Chuck” Coulter, 72, of Charleston, entered into rest on January 23, 2018.

First and foremost, he loved God and country.

He was born February 26, 1945, in Kanawha Co., to the late Joseph Edward and Mary Helen Taylor Coulter Wolfe.

In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by his loving Daughter, Dara Coulter, sister, June Jones, and brothers, Larry and Gary Bush.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era.

He had a master’s degree in psychology from WV State University and was a counselor for the State of WV and a loving grandfather to children.

Charles is survived by his loving family, brothers Robert and Gene Coulter, sister Barbara Zahurak, and many nieces and nephews.  Chuck had many loving friends.

Graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM, Monday, January 29, 2018, at Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Institue with Reverend Gerald Anderson officiating.  Donel C. Kinnard Honor Guard will perform military honors service. Burial will follow in the cemetery.
