Dorothy Lee Ratcliff, 69, of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away on June 22, 2026. Dorothy was born in Charleston, West Virginia, on June 24, 1956, to the late Lewis William Bowring and Luis Mae Bostic Bowring.
Dorothy was a home heath caregiver.
She is survived by her children, Nicole Blair and Casey Bowring; and her sister, Janet Burdette.
