Jack David Jones

Jack David Jones, 61, of Belle, WV, died peacefully on July 1, 2022, after a long, hard-fought battle with his health. Jack was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on October 7, 1960, and was a loving husband, Dad, and Papaw until he took his last breath. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Loretta (Hill) Jones, his brother, Jimmy Hill, his brother, Richard "Rico" Jones, and his best friend/dog, Marv.

Jack is survived by his wife of 34 years, Dawn, daughters Michelle (Travis) McCracken, Staci Wagoner, Amber (James) Yost, and Amy (Travis) Davis. He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren and joys of his life, Isaac McCracken, Bryce Green, Reece McCracken, Kylie Waldron, and Oliver Yost.

Jack was an avid Chicago Bears fan, and one could often hear him shouting "Da Bears!" on many occasions. He enjoyed food, drawing, cars, comedy, and rock music. Jack was most at peace in his home, surrounded by his family, listening to his grandchildren laugh and play.

A celebration of Jack's life will take place this coming Fall so that his life can be remembered by those he touched through love, food, laughter, and AC/DC.
