Pamela Joy Shafer-Jeffries

Pamela Joy Shafer-Jeffries, 62, of Belle, WV, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Sunday, July 23, 2023. Born July 8, 1961, in Clendenin, she was the daughter of the late Sammy D. and Ella May Naylor Shafer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Anna Marie Shafer.

Left to cherish her memories are her son, Robert Glenn Jeffries, Jr, brother Sammy D (Danny) Shafer, Jr, (adopted brother) Frank Dorsey, best friend and cousin Cathy Jo Paxton (Wayne), best friend Nancy Adkins;

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Elk Funeral Home, Charleston, with Pastor Gary Riley officiating. Visitation two hours prior to the service. There will be no cemetery procession.  She will be laid to rest in Naylor Cemetery, Newton.
