Romaine A. Fuller, 91, of South Charleston, went home to be with the Lord, September 27, 2018, at the Hubbard Hospice House in South Charleston.
Romaine has made her home at Kenna Homes of South Charleston for 61 years. She had previously worked for the State of West Virginia and J. C. Penney’s.
Romaine loves knitting and doing needlepoint, creating many beautiful pieces.
Romaine was preceded in death by her father and mother, Millard and Merley Porter; husband, Woodrow Fuller; her loving companion, Sherman Brown; son, Ronald Milan; and granddaughter, Cheryl Lynn Holstion.
She is survived by her son, Darrell (Joyce) of Chesapeake; grandsons, Darrell Milam (Jamie) of Dunbar, Darrell Holstion, Jr. (Ina) of Belle; granddaughter, Cindy Scarbro of Montgomery; six great-grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren.
Service will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 2, at Brown’s Chapel, 1 Hanning Drive, St. Albans, with visitation beginning at noon. Pastor Kenneth Roberts officiating. Burial will be at Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
