Tamera Lynn Butta

Tamera Lynn Butta 56, of Charleston passed away July 25, 2019 from a sudden illness.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years Michael Butta, mother, Patricia Lemon, brother, Mike Lemon.

She is survived by her loving family: father, Donald Lemon of Palestine, daughter April Butta (Jeremy Phillips) of Charleston; son Andrew Butta (Heather), of Beckley; sister Donna Simpkins of St. Albans, granddaughter, Destiny Phillips from Charleston and grandson Jeremiah Cole-Butta from Beckley. Several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Memorial Service/Lunch will be held at St. Anthony's Catholic Church Gymnasium on Thursday, August 8, 2019, at 2:00 PM.

The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to all the nurses and doctor's at Hospice for their excellent care of their loved one.

Tamera was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was known as "Nanna". She touched so many hearts and will truly be missed.
