Teresa Ann Arthur

Teresa Ann Dowdy Arthur, 61, of Charleston, passed away November 10, 2018, at her home.

Teresa was born in Logan on May 28th, 1957, the daughter of the late Hubert and Donna (Deskins) Dowdy. She was a nurse for 17 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Sue Dowdy.

She is survived by a brother, Butch (Sharon) Dowdy of Wentzville, Missouri, sister Sandy (Art) Maynard of Logan; three children: Jennifer Hopkins of Myrtle Beach, SC, James Michael (Shirley) Drennen of Charleston, and Danny Arthur of Montgomery; and special granddaughter Mykala Hopkins of Huntington.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, November 17th at St. John’s Episcopal, Charleston 1105 Quarrier St., Charleston, WV 25301

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association.
