Tonie Allen Arthur, 40, of Charleston, WV, passed away on May 23, 2025, at CAMC Memorial Hospital.

Tonie was born in Charleston, WV, on November 4, 1984, to Tonie Meadows and Ludema Arthur. Tonie was a Rental Property Manager. 

He is preceded in death by his Father. Surviving are his mother, children Allen Jacob Arthur and Melissa Jo Arthur, sister Tosha Marie Elmore, and his niece and nephews.
