William W. "Bill" Mullins, Jr.

William W. “Bill” Mullins, 63, of Charleston, passed away on January 24, 2018, his birthday.

He was born January 24, 1955, in Kanawha Co., the late William W. and Harriet I. Jones Mullins, Sr.

In addition to his parents, Bill was also preceded in death by brothers: Ricky and Kevin Mullins, sisters: Susie Mullins and Edna Bronaugh, and brother: Jimmy Mullins.

Bill was a 50-year member of the Operating Engineers Local #132.

He loved cars, camping, and fishing, and was loved by many.

Bill is survived by his loving family, wife, Betty McDougal Mullins, sons: William W. Mullins, III, Richard Alan Mullins, Travis Lee Mullins, step-children:  Chad McDougal, Eric McDougal, Jessica Cantrell, and his best friend, “Spanky”,  sisters: Sherry Williams and Lisa Eplin. 18 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 17 nieces and nephews, 7 great nieces and nephews.

Private Service and Visitation will be on Sunday, January 28, 2018,  and burial will be at a later date in Hope Cemetery, Charleston, WV.
