Julia Lucille “Lucy” Lutz, 79, of Charleston, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2016.She was born September 27, 1936, in Decota, West Virginia to the late Kenneth and Melva Mary Carver Poe.  She was also preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth A. Poe.She was a graduate of St. Albans High School, Class of 1954, and participated in the reunion lunches....
